We work with organic linen, undyed canvas, waxed cotton, and recycled nylon — chosen for texture, longevity, and character.
Cut & Sewn by Hand
Each pattern is cut individually and sewn in our New Berlin studio — no assembly lines, no shortcuts.

How It's Made

Our production follows a four-stage process that keeps every detail under our direct supervision — from material selection to final quality check.

We choose fabrics by touch and weight, testing drape and durability before any cut is made.

Pattern & Cutting
Every piece is marked and cut from a hand-drafted pattern adjusted to your specifications.

Stitching & Assembly
Double-stitched seams, bar-tacked stress points, and consistent edge finishing define our construction standard.

Finishing & Review
Hardware is attached, the piece is pressed, and a final inspection ensures it meets our quality standard before dispatch.
