At Thimyxolkrozex, every custom fabric bag and pouch is made specifically to your order. Because each piece is produced to individual specifications, our return policy reflects the made-to-order nature of our work and the characteristics of natural materials.

1. Return Period

Because our products are custom-made, returns are generally limited to cases where there is a manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from the agreed specifications. In such cases, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a review.

2. Conditions for Return

We will consider a return, repair, or remake when:

• The item has a clear manufacturing defect that affects its use.
• The item differs materially from the specifications that were confirmed in writing before production (such as incorrect dimensions, fabric, or hardware).

To review your request, we may ask for photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are typically non-returnable:

• Custom fabric accessories produced according to the agreed specifications, where no defect is present.
• Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
• Items altered or modified by the customer after receipt.

Natural variations in color, texture, or weave of the fabrics we use do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return.

4. Cost of Return Shipping

If we determine that an item is defective or does not match the agreed specification, we will provide instructions for return shipping and may cover reasonable return shipping costs, depending on your location and the nature of the issue. If a return is accepted for reasons other than defect or error on our part, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Return and Issue Resolution Process

To initiate a return or report an issue:

You may request to cancel a custom order before production has begun. Once we have started cutting fabric or otherwise commenced production, the order can no longer be cancelled without cost. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details below so we can advise whether production has begun and what options are available.

7. Refund Procedure

If a refund is approved as part of resolving a defect or order issue, we will process it using the original method of payment wherever possible. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may depend on your payment provider. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue and any use of the product.

8. Natural Material Variation and General Legal Requirements

Our fabric accessories are made from natural and minimally processed materials — such as organic linen, undyed canvas, and waxed cotton. These materials carry inherent variation in texture, tone, and weave. Such variation is a characteristic of handmade, natural-fiber goods and does not constitute a defect.

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where such laws grant you additional rights, those rights will apply.
